Sharp X1 Android One Smartphone With 4-days Battery Backup Launched

Sharp, a premier consumer electronics company has launched its second Android One smartphone in the market. Sharp has taken the wraps off the X1 in its home country, which is by far the most expensive Android One smartphone yet. The unlocked version of the device in Japan is priced at JPY 70,524, which is approximately Rs 40,500.
The sharp X1 smartphone was launched in July 2017. The phone comes with a 5.30-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080 pixels by 1920 pixels.
The Sharp X1 is powered by octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 MSM8940 processor and it comes with 3GB of RAM. The phone packs 32GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 256GB via a microSD card. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Sharp X1 packs a 16.4-megapixel primary camera on the rear and an 8-megapixel front shooter for selfies.
The smartphone’s USP is its 3,900mAh battery. Sharp says the battery is good enough to last four days on standby mode on a single charge. With a USB Type-C port, the battery can be fully charged in about three hours.
The Sharp X1 runs Android 7.1 and It measures 152.00 x 74.00 x 8.90 (height x width x thickness) and weighs 169.00 grams. The Sharp X1 is a single SIM (GSM) smartphone that accepts a Nano-SIM. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, 3G and 4G. Sensors on the phone include a Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor and Gyroscope.
The Sharp X1 Android One, is priced at JPY 70,524 (approximately Rs. 40,500) for the unlocked version. And currently, the smartphone is available for purchase via Japanese carrier Y! Mobile. Though the price is too high for a phone with the specs
We think the price is too high for a phone with this specs and just that the main selling point of the phone is its 4day long battery backup doesn’t raise itself to a price of over 40000 INR. That was just our thought on this Sharp X1, you guys comment and tell us what do you think about this smartphone.
